Refund policy

We pride ourselves on providing you with quality products and outstanding customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange to exchange or provide a full refund on the purchase price (excl shipping cost). Items must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it, in a new and unused condition. Please note custom orders and personalised items are non refundable, unless faulty.
